Hey girls

Next training will be on Saturday (31may) court training till 4pm
Please come at 1230pm and get ready by 1245pm

As usual Orang Team Jersey ( ppl w/o the Blast jersey please wear other orange or siimilar colour like red) for training. Attire is constantly orange unless there's a change... okey ppl:)

If u unable to make or late for it this Saturday training. u are reminded to inform Wileen and Fariza soon as possible .

Updates on Wednesday training

Next training will be on Wednesday (28 May).
Please be reminded, u are expected be ready (changed) by 5.45pm.
Attire: Please wear the Orang Team Jersey.
U are also advice to bring along your TRACK SHOE, for running.. and ofcoz COURT SHOE for training
Meeting place will be at our FLOORBALL COURT first.

We will do

PT (1hour)
Court training (1hour)
Game (1hour)

Reminder: If You unable to attend or late for Wednesday training, please in form Wileen or Fariza as soon as possible..

Sorry for e 2 fierce updates that i posted.. i will be more frendlier okay..;)

Update on Saturday training.

This upcoming Saturday (17 may) we are having FRENLY with Meridian Jc (MJ) at 2pm- 4pm
But our training starts at 1pm. Please be punctual girlss :)

Please wear our Orange Team Jersey, if u don have the team Jersey please do wear something red or orange.. the main thing is we camouflage!!;);)

Please do come down to train and play.. and if u are unable to attend or late Please be reminded to inform Wileen and Fariza

Next Training
Saturday 3rd May 2008 2pm to 5pm.

PLEASE WEAR THE ORANGE TRAINING TEE.
IS COMPULSORY TO WEAR THE ORANGE TRAINING TEE.
If you don't have or have yet to collect/receive your training tee, just wear any orange tee, if you don't have then wear something similar to orange like RED?

And, if you are unable to make it for training, do have the courteous to inform Wileen or Fariza or myself in advance. Do not wait till last minute then inform them. Thank You!!
