Girls, please read the below very very carefully.
We need to return the hockey blue jersey that Clarisse lent us for IVP by 5th March.
However the school court will only be available after the 14th,
so I need you to meet up with us to pass us the jersey asap by 5th March.
However Mahirah & I are having our attachment now,
so we can only meetup before or after office hours at some locations only.
Below are some proposed locations for you to meet up with us to return the jersey:
1) Weekdays, around 630pm at JE MRT
2) Weekdays, around 7pm at Yishun MRT
3) Sunday, after 12pm at Yishun MRT
4) Saturday, around 4pm at Novena MRT
5) Weekdays, around 730pm at any location on the purple line.
6) REGISTERED POSTAGE
The last choice is the least favorable, so please don't choose this option unless you really really have no choice. If the parcel do get lost along the way, please bear in mind you have to bear the full price of the jersey!
After reading this blogpost, please do text me your preferred choice at 93769041 by Sunday 2359. If not, I will choose the timing and place for you :)

- How girl‟s biomechanics and nutritional needs differ from boys‟
- Danger signs and symptoms of injury
- Common overuse injuries. Know of the risk factors and warning signs
- What can be done to keep girls on the playing field and out of the operating room?

- Avoiding vulnerable positions
- Increasing flexibility
- Increasing strength
- Including plyometric exercises in training
- Increasing proprioception
- Importance of proper techniques during jumping moves
