I hope that the 3 days of intensive training benefits you girls especially today since Rui Yi came.
Annisa and me(Mahirah here btw) will not be coming for training every Wednesday as both of us is currently having an attachment at school till 530 everyday. So i need you girls to co-operate with JC and the rest of seniors.If there is anything that you want to tell me or Annisa, you can just contact us.
For training, it will resume only next saturday(3rd July). There will be no friendly or training this Saturday and also no training on Wednesday as the court is not available.
In addition, the
TRAINING KIT IS HERE. and you all have to pay for
$15 for the kit. So we need you to transfer the money to JC bank account number by

Hey girls,
There are some update that you need to take note. Firstly napfa have been pushed back, we can take it after POL-ITE before IVP which is around the sep or oct.
Secondly, there won't be any training on 26th and 30th June as health science is having their exams.
Lastly there will be amendments to the training schedule, we will have intensive training next week. Coach will be back on wed and she will be doing the selection.
Intensive training
Monday: 12 to 3pm
Tuesday: 12 to 3pm
Wednesday: 3 to 6pm

Just for your info, there will be an event happening at East Coast Park on the 20th June 2010 at the Xtreme Skate Park @ Carpark F1 (Near to Bedok Jetty) and there are numerous events happening on that day from 10am to 6pm. What's important is that there are floorball event!
So this is your chance to grab your teammates, get into a group of 5 and register for this fun and exciting event that is coming this sunday. Hurrrrrry, come register. There's a registration fee of $30 but it will be a very fun event, so it doesn't hurt to pay a little right? You can bond with your team members and most importantly for the juniors, you can get even more exposureeeee!

Hi babes,
Things to take note of. Pol-Ite in a few weeks time, so we got to intensify our training. So I need everyone's cooperation on this one, and hopefully when we work as a team in training, this habit will continue to work itself during our games.
Attire. (Shirt)For every training, everyone is required to bring two set of shirts. Blue and Red shirt only. No more white, no more pink, and no more rainbows. Not acceptable. Anyone else with any other colours without any solid, valid reason are not allowed on court. Objective is to separate you guys into teams for our usual one hour game.
Attire. (Shoes)Please make an effort to get yourself a sport shoe at the very least, if you're not going to bother yourself to get a court shoe. Get a proper running shoe, or court shoe for training. We are not going to allow converse sneakers or any other type of shoes on court starting from next training. Look at it on the bright side, we are saving your ankles from some really bad twist.
STICKS.Please, get a floorball stick for yourself. How long are you going to depend on our school stick which is highly unattractive, highly unproductive and highly inconvenient? Get down to Queensway, Kallang Valhall, Tampines Sports Hall to get yourself the sticks babes. Get one you are most comfortable hitting people, or ball with. :D
This is how training is going to go about starting from next week onwards.
Time.Everyone is required to report 10 minutes before training time, which means if training starts at 3pm or 12.30pm, you guys are to be there by 2.50pm and 12.20pm respectively. This is to make sure everyone help in setting up the boards, and not having the same people doing the heavy work every single training for you. It is unfair, and this is not teamwork guys. Let's play our part in our team, and you never know when you need help from the team.
Warm up.I want everyone to be ready for the 6 rounds run/2.4km run (depending on JC for wednesday training and depending on Mahirah & I on Saturday training) by 3pm or 12.30pm sharp. No dilly-dallying. Then to agilities and stretchings. Seniors, if the captains & managers are not there yet due to unforeseen circumstances, please take the initiative to lead the team for warm ups.
I think this is a little too long, but I've got most of what I want to say down.
So let's hope for some major improvement from the team.

Hi Girls! We will be having friendly against RP at 730pm at RP. Before the friendly game, we will be having our normal training from 3-6pm. however we will end earlier for you girls to cool down and we will proceed to RP together. JC should have message you girls to confirm your attendance. if you did not receive her sms and wish to come, just inform us. Rui Yi is informed about the friendly. So she will be there.
