Hey girls,
There is a few important update that you need to know. Firstly, there will be a napfa test for all players in polite team and you have to pass the test in order to represent the school. Only 2 station will be tested and the napfa test will be carry out on 2nd week of the June holidays. The 2 stations are:
-2.4km run in 16mins
- 8 inclined pull up
Training schedule
Wednesday : 2.30 to 6pm (friendly match with np)
Saturday: 12- 3.30pm
Please be punctual for the training to warm up and set up the boards. If you are unable to make it for training inform me through sms.
